Child Safety Policy

Effective Date: August 11, 2025

JoyUp has a zero tolerance attitude towards any behavior that would endanger children. When using JoyUp, please be sure to follow the guidelines below.

1. Age Restriction

JoyUp does not serve users under 18 (or the legal age in their jurisdiction). If we become aware that any Personal Data has been collected by JoyUp from a user under the age of 18, we will delete such Personal Data and terminate the user’s account. If you believe that we have collected Personal Data from a minor under the age of 18, please contact us by using the contact details provided in the “Contact us” section below.

2. Prohibition of Underage Appearance on the Platform

- It is prohibited to upload images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct to JoyUp, including but not limited to photos, videos and computer generated images.

- Nudity of children is forbidden.

3. Prohibition of Harmful Acts Involving Minors

- Threats, encouragement, or acts of physical violence against minors.

- Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.

- Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors.

- Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors.

4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

JoyUp uses extensive technical, human and time resources to prevent, detect, remove and report child sexual exploitation content and conduct. If, upon review, we are informed that content posted by a user contains child sexual abuse content, we will take immediate action against the user who posted the content. These actions may include, but are not limited to: removing illegal content, restricting the posting of user content, suspending accounts, and filing complaints with local authorities.

If you find any child pornography on our app, please report it immediately to us through the following methods:

- Report a profile: If you find any suspicious content in a user's profile related to child pornography, please do not hesitate to enter the user's profile page, click the three dots on the upper right, click Report, and fill in the reason for submission. Once the presence of child pornography is confirmed by our review team, the user’s profile will be reset, the relevant JoyUp account will be banned and the device will be blocked immediately.

- Report a private message: If you find a user's messages containing child pornography content, do not hesitate to select this message, click Report, and fill in the reason to submit. Once the presence of child pornography is confirmed by our review team, the account will be banned and the device will be blocked immediately.
